Practically every actress in Hollywood has been spotted in this red-and-blue Express dress. (Somebody in its PR department deserves a raise!) At less than $50 a pop, it's not only a deal, it's also spot-on with this season's nautical trend.

Let's check out the, er, lineup of ladies in this cheap 'n' chic look, shall we?

First up is Shameless actress Emmy Rossum, who stepped out last week in the cazh dress paired with a straw hat, flip-flops and a black bracelet. The actress kept her locks loose and the makeup at a minimum.

Colombiana star Zoe Saldana wore the striped mini on the very same day, but the fashonista belted hers and wore matching brown sandals, cross-body bag, aviator sunglasses and sexy hoop earrings for a cute daytime glam look.

While working on her latest movie in Connecticut, starlet Amanda Seyfried donned the three-quarter sleeve dress with flip-flops, black sunglasses and a messy bun.

Mama-to-be January Jones even got in on the action, flaunting her baby bump in the striped dress along with matching red shades (cute!), a Chanel bag and flat sandals.

The only person to take the dress on the red carpet is Olivia Munn, who wore it to the 2011 Teen Choice Awards afterparty last week with suede platform boots and a couple of necklaces.

They all look cute, to be honest, but which star earns the most stripes in this dress?

Project Runway Judge Michael Kors Weds Longtime Boyfriend

In this case, less was definitely more for Michael Kors.

The deliciously snarky Project Runway judge swapped vows yesterday with longtime partner Lance LePere on Dune Beach in an intimate ceremony officiated by Southampton, N.Y., Mayor Mark Epley, a rep for Kors confirmed to E! News.

There were definitely in the right place at the right time...

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed landmark legislation legalizing gay marriage in June, prompting hundreds of couples to get in line for holy matrimony the day the law went into effect July 24.

"To marry someone as wonderful and special to me as Lance, barefoot on a glorious beach, is more than I could have dreamed of," Kors told WWD.com, which first reported the good news today.

Kors and LePere were spotted picking up a marriage license at New York City Hall a couple of weeks ago. They met in 1990 when LePere started as an intern at Kors' design house, but it wasn't until they spent time in Paris, where they'd eat together at the American outpost of the NYC classic Joe Allen, that they fell in love.

"We share a certain level of taste, an American point of view, and I think we like to play with Americana," LePere told New York magazine last summer. "Over the years and the day-to-day process of dreaming together, things just naturally fell into place."

The sleek, pulled-back top knot (far left) is one of Kimmy's go-to hairstyles on the red carpet. If K.K. decides on this 'do, she won't have to worry about any stray strands blowing in her face, so that's a bonus. But will this severe look work for a wedding day style?

How about an updated beehive (second from left) to give the diminutive star a little extra height next to her basketball player groom, Kris Humphries, instead? It would certainly add some, um, high drama to her bridal look.

Or the future Mrs. Humphries could go with a softly disheveled hairdo with loose, face-framing waves (second from right), like this style at the 2011 SAG Awards. It's soft, feminine and romantic.

If all else fails, the babe can always wear it long, loose and wavy, which is her other favorite hairdo. It wouldn't be very bridal glam, but this easy, sexy style could serve as a security blanket of sorts for the jittery bride.

Of course it's the blushing bride who'll be the center of attention during the fairy-tale wedding between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries this Saturday.

There's been endless speculation about what the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star will wear when she walks down the aisle, but what about the groom? It's kind of important, since he is going to be her arm candy in those wedding portraits.

So what should 6'9" Kris wear when he marries his dream girl in two days?

If he wants to play it safe, go with the classic black tuxedo with bow tie, like Will Smith's. It's elegant and timeless—something he'll look back on in 20 years and say, Yeah, I'm glad I did it right.

Or the 26-year-old basketballer could go tall, dark and handsome in an all-black three-piece suit with tie?à la Justin Timberlake.

But if he really wants to be Kim's Prince Charming, why not pull a Prince William and wear a proper British morning suit with top hat? OK, we're mostly kidding, but still, it's a viable option. Think about it, Kris.

Instead of the standard tuxedo, the future Mr. Kim Kardashian could just wear a really nice, tailored suit and tie, like Robert Pattinson. Or hell, even skip the tie and loosen up his shirt, per sexy Javier Bardem—hey, it's a Southern California wedding, so casual yet sexy can work, right?

Seriously, though, we're guessing his only other option besides the classic black tux is the white version similar to Usher's. Judging by the oh-so-elegant invitation, it's going to be a pretty lavish and formal affair, so a tuxedo would certainly fit the bill.

Abercrombie & Sitch: Company Can't Pay The Situation Enough to Not Wear Its Clothes

Abercrombie & Fitch has a real situation on its hands. And so does The Situation, come to think of it.

Proving that there is such a thing as bad publicity (and clearly doing their best to avoid the Ed Hardy Effect), the prepster chain has proposed something of an unendorsement deal to the cast of Jersey Shore: "a substantial payment" in exchange for not wearing their clothes in public.

Apparently, seeing Pauly D, Snooki and the rest of the wannabe guidos behaving badly in their duds has made A&F more shame-faced than a grenade after a long night on the Ron-Ron juice.

So what does the Jersey Shore gang have to say about this?

Well, nothing yet—neither the cast nor MTV have yet commented on the unflattering offer.

As for Abercrombie, in a press release released last night, the company said that seeing The Situation popping their collars and donning their khakis on TV goes against "the aspirational nature" of the brand and has proven "distressing" to some of its customers.

They sound like a pretty sensitive bunch to us. Not to mention, a bunch which probably aligns itself closer to the reality star than they'd like to admit.

"We are deeply concerned that Mr. Sorrentino's association with our brand could cause significant damage to our image," a rep for the clothier said. "We understand that the show is for entertainment purposes, but believe this association is contrary to the aspirational nature of our brand, and may be distressing to many of our fans."

Fans, customers, same thing. In any case, while the Sitch is the only one who got the formal namecheck in the statement, A&F hasn't singled him out, and in fact offered the same payment to the entirety of the housemates.

"We have also extended this offer to other members of the cast, and we are urgently waiting a response."

The offer comes in the wake of a recent episode in which The Situation was cavorting around the streets of Florence wearing a pair of lime green, obnoxiously branded A&F sweatpants. He has also donned a blue pair on the show, also prominently marked with the brand's name, to complete his Italia-themed tracksuit.

Now would be a good time to note, however, that Abercrombie didn't seem quite so concerned about the free press and negative associations with its brand last year—in fact, quite the opposite—when Jersey Shore mania was at a fever pitch.

Speaking to New York Magazine last summer, the Situation dropped this piece of knowledge on the nation: "The show went international, and I read that it's very big overseas, especially 'The Situation'—my name, or my character—is known worldwide now.

"Abercrombie & Fitch, their most popular shirt, they told me, is 'Fitchuation.' I mean, where did they get that from? Obviously from myself."

Busted, A&F. Guess the company doesn't think there's such a thing as bad press, after all.

Nothing says "till death do us part" like belly buttons.

A happy-looking Tara Reid kept it island-casual for her seemingly spur-of-the-moment marriage to Zack Kehayov this past weekend in Greece.

But though the nuptials occurred just hours after they got engaged in Twitterland, apparently they had done some planning, because Reid has since posted a pic of her sparkly wedding band and accompanying bauble to show off her newlywed status.

It takes a sec to tell just what is going on with Reid's hand here, but after a closer look, that's definitely the actress' left ring finger.

"Just got married in greece I love being a wife!" she tweeted Saturday.

Reid and Kehayov reportedly met in St. Tropez in November.

"She can't wait to get back to America and celebrate with her friends and family," a source told Life & Style, which scored the first series of pics from the couple's romantic day.

We're not sure yet how marriage will fit into Reid's upcoming schedule, which includes a stay in the U.K. Big Brother house and shooting American Reunion, but we have a feeling all will be revealed—at least via Twitter.

Who would've guessed that late grunge rock icon Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love's daughter, who used to be photographed wearing dark clothes paired with heavy eyeliner and a chopped black 'do, would evolve into such a glamorous young lady?

Frances Bean Cobain just released some beautiful portraits that are quite impressive.

The 18-year-old channeled Old Hollywood glamour in a series of shots photographed by famous Los Angeles photographer Rocky Schenck—who has also taken photos of celebs like Adele and Joni Mitchell, among others—by keeping the makeup to a bare minimum and, of course, getting some black-and-white pictures done.

We don't want to say this amazing transformation is a result of who she ultimately chose as her guardian after that nasty custody battle, but we're definitely thinking it.

Regardless, the aspiring singer is growing up to be quite the beauty.

Check Out Project Runway Judge Michael Kors' Official Wedding Photo (Um...Really)

We loves us some Michael Kors around here.? And, so, we were thrilled to report yesterday that the Project Runway judge had finally tied the knot with his longtime partner Lance LePere.

Naturally, we couldn't wait to see a picture of the couple following their ceremony on Dune Beach in Southhampton, N.Y.

Unfortunately, the shot sent out as the duo's official wedding photo took us a bit by surprise. Sure, they both look great and happy and all, but seriously, couldn't they have afforded a better photog? This pic just screams cell phone camera, no?

"To marry someone as wonderful and special to me as Lance, barefoot on a glorious beach, is more than I could have dreamed of," Kors said in a statement that accompanied the photo.

OK. So, maybe we're being a bit harsh. After all, when you put it that way, Michael, who needs perfect pictures, right?

OMG, Kim Kardashian's fairy-tale wedding is tomorrow!

On Saturday, the blushing bride will say "I do" to Kris Humphries in a lavish ceremony in Montecito.

Most details about Kim's wedding day look have been kept top secret, but here's the 411 we do have about her bridal kouture:

1. Kimmy's wedding dress will be created by Vera Wang. The 62-year-old designer is an old family friend who also dressed little sister Khloé Kardashian Odom for her nuptials last year. Other boldfaced names who've donned Wang on their wedding day include Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Lopez, Chelsea Clinton, Ivanka Trump and Elin Nordegren, among others.?

2. The dress will be amazing and fit like a glove. The reality star has tweeted about numerous fittings at the designer's NYC boutique and was spotted at the Vera Wang Melrose boutique this week. "OMG seriously did we nail it today or what @VeraWangGang!" she shared on Twitter. "I honestly can't wait!!! Can u believe we are almost here!"

3. Her bridal hair will be an elegant updo, according to Awful Truth sources. That sounds just about right for this glamorous black-tie event.

4. Kim will smell like love. Uh, say what? The star revealed on Twitter that she'll be spritzing Love, her own limited-edition (only 1,000 bottles were produced) fragrance, on her wedding day, natch.

5. She'll be walking down the aisle in sky-high platform heels. OK, that's a huge guess on our part, but with Kimmy at a petite 5'2" and Kris standing tall at 6'9", there's a high probability that she'll have a pair of fabulous heels to help bridge that height gap.

Teen Model Sues Urban Outfitters for $28 Million Over "Salacious" T-Shirt

This 16-year-old runway diva is suing mad.

Hailey Clauson, a California teen who has strutted her stuff?for fashion houses like Donna Karan, Zac Posen, Calvin Klein, Jill Stuart?and Oscar de la Renta,?is going after Urban Outfitters for "destroying her reputation."

What is she claiming the?store did to her?

Clauson filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court claiming that a picture taken of her when she was just 15, posing with her legs wide open in leather shorts on a motorcycle, wound up on a batch of hipster T-shirts being sold by Urban Outfitters.

So now she's suing the chain, and other retailers who have carried the top, for $28 million.

The strikingly beautiful Clauson claims the "blatantly salacious" shot has damaged her reputation and might possibly violate kiddie-porn laws.

Her filing fingers fashion photog Jason Lee Parry, who snapped the shot, for purposefully making "her crotch area the focal point of the image" causing the shot to be of interest "for the likes of pedophiles."

Parry is described in the lawsuit as a professional photographer whose "unconventional body of work" features "nudity, semi-nudity, sexually suggestive situations involving only women and what appear to be underage girls, many with bloody noses as if incurred as a result of repeated drug use and/or physical violence."

The suit alleges that Parry agreed to never release the shot after her then agency Ford Models complained. She is now represented by Next NY.

But the risqué photo turned up later in the German glossy Qvest. It also popped up on T-shirts sold at boutiques Blood is the New Black in Los Angeles and Brandy & Melville in SoHo.

A manager at the Brandy & Melville store in SoHo was unaware the shop had been named in the lawsuit and did not know if the tees were still being sold. "We don't know anything about it. I hadn't heard," said the employee.

Parry says both Coulson's mom and dad were at the photo shoot in question in March 2010 and gave him permission to publish the shot.

Coulson's mom, Bethany, did not return a request for comment.

The replica dress, which will be sold under the Twilight Bridal by Alfred Angelo label, will be available in the brand's stores and other bridal retail outlets in late November after the flick premieres.

Details of the dress Bella dons in the movie have been kept supersecret, but fans of the series know Bella wears a very old-fashioned, Jane Austen-esque style as a tribute to her 110-year-old groom.

Er, that doesn't sound promising for modern brides.

As for those who have, well, she's not keen on that whole one-procedure-fits-all look that's starting to prevail among famous faces.

Are Sexy Photos of 10-Year-Old Supermodels OK, or Totally Not?

There's a 10-year-old model appearing in magazines in sexy poses. Why is no one doing anything about this?

Indeed, a kid named Thylane Blondeau is making quite a stir, pirouetting in high-fash spreads sans pantalons and, in certain photos, without a shirt. Blondeau kicks out her hips—such as the they are—sports miniature high-heels and pouts sexily, evoking a liaison between Brooke Shields and Denise Richards. (Just humor me here.)

But should something be "done," as you put it?

Of course, anytime we run a story like this, we're bound to encounter legions of know-it-alls who take to the comment boards, drawling on about their post-college backpacking trips through the South of France, noting that all the little girls go topless on the beaches there, and sniffing that America needs to get its head out of the gutter. (Blondeau herself comes from the Ivory Coast and France.)

But the therapists I interviewed have no patience for such pseudo-sophistication, and neither do I. None of the therapists had met Blondeau, but, given what they've gleaned from her photos, they've seen enough.

"There is simply no situation where a child should be dressed up and put on display and overly sexualized," says Barbara Neitlich, who treats child models at her Beverly Hills psychotherapy practice.

"Putting prepubescent girls in situations such as this can create a detachment from reality into fantasy."

Even worse, it can cause developmental issues, she says.

"When child models are exploited or not permitted to have a full sense of their childhood, they tend to exhibit traits such as insecurity, a false sense of self and anxiety," Neitlich tells me. "This can often lead to larger problems as an adult such as stress, eating disorders, unstable interpersonal relationships, depression and anxiety.

"Most importantly, it can lead to an ability to cope in a world that fails to reflect the fantasy situation they have been indoctrinated with."

And that doesn't even address the sexuality at the heart of some of these photos. For the record, at least one Blondeau spread was presented as commentary on the sexual exploitation of young girls. But for a 10-year-old, good luck telling the difference.

"She is being taught to sell her sexuality while being way too young to understand the consequences," therapist Jenn Berman says.

Psychiatrist Carole Lieberman puts it a bit more bluntly:

"Not only is her rise as a supermodel bad for the psyche of little Thylane—whose parents need to be on my couch—but it is a green light for pedophiles!"

Yep, that's right: Not only is the work bad for Thylane, but, psychologists say, it's bad for young kids the world over.

"She is over sexualized, just look what happened to JonBenet Ramsey," clinical psychologist Leslie Seppinni tells me. "When you dress a young girl up provocatively with makeup to give her the appearance of an adult, then these pedophiles who have a propensity for child abuse are receiving the message that's OK, when it's not."

Well, what can you expect from a country that offers lingerie for kids as young as four? Yes, really.

Madame Tussauds unveiled a wedding-ready Kim Kardashian figure today at its iconic Hollywood Boulevard location. The ever-smirking bride-to-be reportedly cost $300,000 (including the dress, we imagine) to create and E! News was told that the figure was wearing $1 million worth of jewelry.

Perez Hilton presided over the big reveal and was sure to snuggle right up to "Kim," give her a smooch and give the famous tush a squeeze.

She got a manicure and pedicure at her favorite nail salon, Beverly Hills Nail Salon. She was mobbed by overeager shutterbugs as she made her way to her big white Rolls-Royce. (FYI: Earlier in the day, she tweeted that she had a workout session with her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson.)

No word on what her manicure will be like when she says, "I do," but wouldn't it be cool if she was sporting images of Humphries on her nails.

We're serious.

Nikki Reed recently showed off her American Idol fiancé's face at this month's Teen Choice Awards. "It was really very romantic and sweet," says Minx's Kimmie Kyees, the nail stylist responsible for creating the Twilight star's look.

"Beyoncé has pretty much worn Minx non-stop for the last four years. When she sang at the inauguration she had Obama in gold letters and silver Minx on her hands."

The process is as simple as sending in a picture, making a screen print of it and painting it on. It takes just as much time as a regular manicure and costs around $50.

What the Fitch? Jersey Shore's Situation Tweeting Mad Over Abercrombie Offer

Timing is clearly not Abercrombie & Fitch's strong suit.?

Just hours after their offer to Jersey Shore's The Situation went viral—in which the company vowed to pay the reality star a "substantial amount" in exchange for not wearing their branded duds—the latest figures for the preppy retail chain were released. The verdict: not good.

So guess who came out of hiding to rub their fashionably elitist noses in it?

"Looks like Abercrombie got themselves into a Situation!" the man formerly known as Michael Sorrentino tweeted this afternoon.

He was referring not to the bevy of headlines that touted their unusual offer to the star, but instead linked to an article which detailed the steady decline of A&F's stock in a report that coincidentally came out in the immediate wake of their unendorsement deal.

So what was the damage? In the first trading session after their stunt letter, the company's stock took a dive of nine percent (for the record, analysts aren't blaming the plunge on their headline-grabbing antics, but it's safe to say The Situation glossed over that part of the article).

"Thanks #SituationNation for always having my back and you are the best fans in the world! I love you guys!"

And despite their offer, it certainly seems as though A&F still loves the Sitch. After all, despite claiming to hate the association with the MTV personality, they have no qualms about profiting over it, and are still offering their bestselling "The Fitchuation" t-shirts for sale on their website.

Good old timing.

Meanwhile, MTV, no stranger to capitalizing off of publicity stunts themselves, has also responded to retailer's offer. Apparently, there's no hard feelings between the corporate giants.

"It's a clever PR stunt and we'd love to work with them on other ways they can leverage Jersey Shore to reach the largest youth audience on television," a spokesperson for the network said.

That's right. Just a couple of days after the "Super Bass" rapper inadvertently let one of her nips slip during a performance on Good Morning America, the former Destiny's Child member had fans seeing double.

But the new X Factor U.K. judge seemed to take the whole titillating experience in stride.

"New Jersey crowd was amazing!! hope you enjoyed the show and didn't mind the peekaboo LOL!!! #kanyeshrug #stuffhappens," she later tweeted.

Rowland is busy promoting her latest album, titled Here I Am.

Wardrobe Malfunction! Nicki Minaj Suffers Nip Slip During GMA Gig

Nicki had some trouble keeping her Minaj in check today.

The high-powered rapper made the mistake of performing in a low-powered bra on Good Morning America, which, despiting airing on a five-second delay, failed to bleep her boob in time to keep if off the air.

We're betting this wasn't what she had in mind when she wrote Pink Friday.

While the 28-year-old Minaj initially looked a bit flustered, she managed to pull her shirt back up and continue on through a set that included "Moment 4 Life" and "Super Bass."

And she happily tweeted about the show afterward: "I love u? Team Minaj! Words could never do this love justice! Thank u@Gma!!!! Honored."

ABC, meanwhile, quickly issued a mea culpa for its slow-triggered censors.

"Although we had a five-second delay in place for the Nicki Minaj concert on GMA, the live East Coast feed of the concert regrettably included certain fleeting images of the performer that were taken out of later feeds of the broadcast in other time zones.?We are sorry that this occurred," a rep for the morning show tells E! News.

While it's doubtful to turn into the next Boobgate, the incident has sparked the ire of the conservative media watchdog, the Parents Television Council.

"For the umpteenth time in recent memory we have a morning news broadcast airing explicit content when millions of families are starting their day and are looking to get caught up on the news. With so many such instances, the network apologies are beyond hollow," PTC President Tim Winter tells E!?"Today we call upon the executive producers of the Today Show, Good Morning America and the CBS Morning News programs to meet together and establish best practices to prevent these sucker-punch moments.? If the networks are sincere about their apologies, they will work together to implement meaningful solutions."

Then again, Minaj's malfunction probably wasn't the most inappropriate content on this morning—perhaps the PTC folks missed that Roseanne for president segement on Today. Now that's truley scary.

Yes, little Ali is now all of 17 years old and scoring the kind of long-term deal that has lately eluded her big sis due to her legal issues.

The fashion-loving teen has inked a multyear contract with the top-tier agency NEXT Model Management.

"In fashion, Ali will set herself apart as a bona fide icon," NEXT director Alexis Borges exclusively tells E! News. "One that fashion fans will follow not because of her famous last name, but because of the beautiful images and fashion trends she is helping create."

Ali has had some experience with posing before, having modeled for the summer 2011 collection for Lindsay's fashion line, 6126.

NEXT reps such beauties as Miranda Kerr, Jamie King, Milla Jovovich and Molly Simms.

In other words, it's the real deal. Ali can officially call herself a model.

Yup, that's the face of her fiancé of about two months, American Idol alum Paul McDonald, on each of her nails.

The Twilight beauty told me it took about four hours to complete. And she didn't even tell McDonald about it.

Until now, that is.

"I told him I have a surprise for him," Reed said.

When I took a photo of her hands, Reed said, "I'll show him when you post the picture!"

Reed and McDonald had only been dating two months when he popped the question. At the time, Reed told me exclusively, "He's the one. He's the one."

No details on wedding plans just yet but Reed said today she couldn't be happier. "Things are so good," she beamed. "Everything is just really good."

And we couldn't be happier for her.

As the reality star's I-dos to her basketballer beau Kris Humphries—in her dream wedding gown designed by couturier to the stars Vera Wang, natch—gets closer, let's take a look back at all of the babe's white ensembles.

Amy Winehouse's Fashion Line Will Live On

The fashion show will go on.

Last month, Fred Perry announced that it had placed its capsule clothing collaboration with Amy Winehouse on indefinite hold in the wake of her sudden passing, and said that it would only proceed with the production of the remaining collections—which Amy herself had completed designs on earlier this year—if her family gave their approval.

Well, guess what fashion fans?

The Winehouses just did.

"After much consideration and with the blessing of Amy's family, Fred Perry has decided to release the AW11 Amy Winehouse for Fred Perry Collection," the sportswear company, which has worked with the late singer since 2010, said in a statement.

"Amy was passionate and dedicated to the collaboration and her signature style is clearly stamped across each piece."

Amy's father, Mitch Winehouse, also released a statement today explaining his decision to move forward with the lines, which will extend through fall 2012.

"When Fred Perry came to us to ask what we would like to do with the new collection it was natural to continue," he said. "Amy loved working on both collections and would want them to be made available."

Rather than seek to profit off of the posthumous release, both Fred Perry and Mitch announced that Winehouse's cut of the would-be profits will go toward the charity her father is starting in her name.

"In such circumstances, Amy's royalties and fees from both collections will be donated to the soon to be established Amy Winehouse Foundation," the company said. "Fred Perry will also make a seasonal donation to the foundation."

Mitch echoed the comments, stating, "All the money we make and the donation that Fred Perry will give will go straight into the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which we are setting up to help children and young people in her name."

Now that's what we call style.

It looks like Michael Kors has designs on marriage.

The fashion mogul and Project Runway judge has his own reason to celebrate the passing of New York's marriage-equality bill: He's now engaged to his longtime partner Lance LePere.

According to Life & Style, the two were spotted at City Hall in New York City yesterday getting their marriage license.

"They were both very casually dressed," an eyewitness tells the mag. "He was really nice and let the girls at the office take his picture."

Well, we can probably guess why he was in such a giving mood.

LePere met Kors in Paris in 1990 when he joined the company as an intern, and from there, the whirlwind romance that you see in the movies commenced.

"We share a certain level of taste," LePere told New York Magazine, "an American point of view, and I think we like to play with Americana. Over the years and the day-to-day process of dreaming together, things just naturally fell into place."

And then they lived happily ever after.

But they're not the kind of bruisers that you think.

The quirky British fashion designer recently called out Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, on her heavy use of eyeliner.

"I think she's got a problem with eye makeup!" Westwood told The Sunday Times Magazine, as reported by the Telegraph.
And that's not all...

"The sharp line around her eyes make her look hard," the designer, who counts A-listers Helena Bonham Carter, Marisa Tomei and Jennifer Aniston as fans, explains. "Either she should be smudgy or wear none."

Westwood isn't impressed by Kate's fashion choices, either, which are intensely scrutinized and almost universally praised.

"Let me put it this way. It seems to me that her image is 'ordinary woman.' Therefore, high street shopper," the 70-year-old couturier continues. "And I just think she should be an extraordinary woman, wherever she gets her clothes from."

Now that's pretty constructive criticism, if we're honest.

Westwood isn't the only person who isn't a fan of Kate's heavy kohl addiction.

E!'s Fashion Police host George Kotsiopoulous weighed in on Mrs. Prince William's do-it-yourself wedding day beauty: "She looks absolutely beautiful, but less or no liner under her eye would have given a much cleaner look."

And Red Carpet Fashion Awards chimed in recently in an open letter to the royal, "You're heavy-handed. That blush! That eyeliner! The horror! (Shame no one has the heart—or balls—to tell you.)"

So what do you think of her royal highness' beauty? As the second-newest member of the modern monarchy, it's refreshing that Kate does her own makeup, but she could easily splurge on a makeup artist—or at least a few classes with the pros—if she wanted to.

Project Runway All Stars Revealed—Who Made the Cut?

This group has all made it work before, but the stakes are even higher now.

Thirteen familiar faces from Project Runway's seasons past have been chosen to compete in the spinoff,?Project Runway All Stars.

And we know who they are. And what they're competing for.

Some of the most memorable designers, like Kara Janx, Jerell Scott,?Kenley Collins, Elisa Jimenez, Gordana Gehlhausen, Austin Scarlett, Kathleen "Sweet P" Vaughn and Mondo Guerra, will appear on the new series, which will premiere later this year.

Also on board: Anthony Williams, Michael Costello, Mila Hermanovski, Rami Kashou?and?April Johnston.

None of them won the big prize in their respective seasons. This time the stakes are even higher.

The booty includes an exclusive designer's boutique at Neiman Marcus, a spread in Marie Claire along with a guest editor spot,?$100,000 in technology in office space and $100,000 in cold hard cash.

There will be some major changes to the judging panel, too. Heidi Klum, who can currently be seen hosting season nine of Project Runway, will not be MIA for the spinoff, with leggy model Angela Lindvall doing hosting duties instead.

Isaac Mizrahi and talented Marchesa designer?Georgina Chapman will judge the all stars, while Marie Claire's editor-in-chief- Joanna Coles will play?the role of mentor?Tim Gunn.

No Heidi or Tim? We hope the producers find a way to make this work.

Sinéad O'Connor Debuts a Shocking New Look

After all these years, Sinéad O'Connor is still full of surprises.

The "Nothing Compares 2 U" singer isn't tearing up pictures of the Pope or shaving her head any longer—now she just looks, well, like a completely different human being.

A bespectacled O'Connor showed off a long, dark hairdo with bangs and a fuller figure at an Irish music festival over the weekend.

The controversial Irish crooner, who still writes music and performs, served as a backup singer at the Bray Seaside Festival for reggae artist Natty Wailer.

O'Connor—now a 44-year-old mother of four—stuck to her odd fashion choices, wearing an oversized blazer and half shirt over a belly-baring sheer body stocking, ill-fitting black pants, and accessorizing with a wooden crucifix.
